Aim of this 2-day workshop: To enable multiprofessional educators in South West London to explore and extend their understanding and experience of facilitating and supervising learners from other professions in primary care.
This interactive virtual workshop provides opportunities to explore approaches to facilitating interprofessional learning and how to help with the development of an interprofessional identity. Participants will be invited to foster interprofessional relations particularly the building of trust. Finally, participants will also be encouraged to develop collaboration with each other by sharing their own IPE resources and/or approaches.
Who can attend? Educators from any primary care professional group in South West London who have at least 2 years’ experience of facilitating learning in others
Facilitators: David Goosey (Leadership Development Consultant) and Lisa Miller (Associate Director, HEE)
Duration: Two days, one week apart on ZOOM. The 10th and 17th December 2021.
09.30-16.30 each day organised as 2 three-hour blocks with comfort and lunch breaks.
